Full time - 19 days

Why did you decide to participate as a marcher?
As an AYF/Homenetmen member, I want it to help the Armenian cause any way possible.

What do you hope to achieve by participating in this march?
To let the people know that Armenian Genocide happened.

What are you doing to prepare for the march?
The special diet and I started walking.

Do you have any relatives who were Genocide survivors?
Yes, my great grandmother

If so, can you talk a little about their experience?
Well my grandma use to talk how she survived, she lost all her brothers and sisters and her parents and ended it up in derzor like the other Armenians.

Why do you think it is important for the US to officially recognize the Armenian Genocide?
With their recognition it will give more opportunities for Armenian economic growth and it will put more pressure on turkey to recognize the Armenian Genocide.

What significance does this year being the 90th anniversary of the Genocide have for you?
We should put more pressure on American government and Turkey to recognize the Armenian Genocide.
